Cancelllation Policy

At BrandBoosting, we aim to provide flexible and client-friendly service arrangements while maintaining the integrity and scheduling of our digital marketing operations. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when a client may cancel services, as well as the terms associated with doing so.


1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all digital marketing services offered by BrandBoosting, including but not limited to:

  • SEO Services

  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Content Creation & Strategy

  • Website Optimization

  • Email Marketing

  • Monthly Marketing Retainers

  • One-time Consultation Services


2. General Cancellation Terms

You may cancel any ongoing service by providing written notice via email to support@brandboosting.shop. The cancellation terms and refunds (if applicable) depend on the service type and when the cancellation is requested.


3. Cancellation Timelines & Conditions

a. One-Time Services

  • Before Work Begins: Full cancellation allowed with 100% refund.

  • After Work Has Started: Cancellations will be prorated based on the work completed. A partial refund may be issued, minus administrative or consultation charges.

b. Monthly/Recurring Services (e.g., Retainers, Campaign Management)

  • Must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

  • If canceled mid-cycle, the current month’s payment is non-refundable, but services will continue until the end of the billing period.

c. Strategy Sessions or Consultations

  • Can be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance for a full refund or no penalty.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.


4. Exceptions & Special Cases

Cancellations may not be accepted or refunded under the following circumstances:

  • If work has already been fully completed and delivered.

  • If the client has not provided required inputs despite reminders, causing project delays.

  • If ad campaigns have already launched and ad spend has been utilized.

  • In case of service abuse, repeated cancellations, or policy violations.


5. How to Request a Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation, please email us at support@brandboosting.shop with:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Service/package name

  • Order ID or invoice number

  • Reason for cancellation

We will confirm receipt within 1–2 business days and notify you of the cancellation status and next steps.


6. Refund Policy Reference

If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, it will be processed according to our Refund & Replacement Policy and credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
