2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are only considered under the following conditions:

a. Service Not Delivered

  • If the purchased service has not been initiated within 7 business days of payment (excluding weekends and holidays), you may request a full refund.

b. Service Not as Described

  • If the service delivered significantly deviates from the agreed scope of work or package details, you must raise a complaint within 3 calendar days of delivery. We will investigate and determine eligibility for partial or full refund.

c. Duplicate Payment

  • If you are mistakenly charged twice for the same service, the excess payment will be refunded in full after verification.


3. Replacement & Revision Policy

In lieu of refunds for service dissatisfaction, we prefer offering replacements or revisions:

  • Minor issues: Eligible for up to 2 free revisions within 7 days of delivery.

  • Major deviations from scope: We will replace the service component or redo the task at no extra cost, if reported within 3 days.

Note: Replacements apply to digital deliverables such as ad creatives, content strategies, SEO reports, etc., not to services rendered over time.


4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services already delivered and approved

  • Custom strategy sessions or consultations

  • Monthly retainers after 48 hours of start

  • Paid ad spend (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads budget)

  • Delays or issues caused by client-side inactivity, lack of communication, or incomplete inputs


5. Timelines for Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed


6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
